Delete your Remi account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Remi Learn app by Remi Learn, what gets deleted, and how to ask us by email if you can no longer open the app.
Delete it in the app
- 1 Open your profile
In Remi, tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- 2 Go to Settings
Tap the gear button next to your name.
- 3 Delete my account
Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
Ask us by email
Email privacy@remi-learn.com from the address you use for Remi, with the subject “Delete my Remi account”. If you write from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm it’s your account first.
We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

- Your account: email address, name and password
- Every note, uploaded file, photo and recording, and everything Remi made from them
- Your flashcards, quiz answers and review history
- Your progress: XP, levels, streaks, chests, achievements and battery
- Your settings, setup answers and notification tokens
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records that tax and accounting laws require us to keep
- Records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat about your subscription, under their own policies
- Our database’s short restore history, which clears within 30 days at most
- Crash reports, which expire after 90 days
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play. Here’s how.
The newsletter is separate from your account. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails to leave it.
