  • A summary and the key ideas, written from your own material.
  • Tap Finish and Remi writes your cards and questions for what you just covered.

Quizzes

Questions that make you think.

Not just multiple choice. Remi asks you to recall, explain and calculate, grades what you write, and tells you why.

  • Four kinds of question: pick the answer, type the answer, work it out (numbers with units) and write code.
  • Stuck? Ask for a hint. Wrong? Tap Why? for a short explanation.
  • Mistakes come back at the end of the session until you get them right.
  • Flag a question that looks wrong and it’s gone from your practice.

Remi writes flashcards as you study and schedules each one with FSRS, a modern spaced-repetition algorithm. A card comes back just before you’d forget it, and less often once you know it well.

Every note is a world to explore.

Each note becomes a trail through one of seven painted worlds, picked to suit your subject. Study to move along it, open chests on the way, secure checkpoints with reviews and pass the midterms on the way to the finish.

  • Meadows, jungles, outer space, ancient ruins, storybook woods, crystal caves and the inside of a computer. Change a note’s world on its page.
  • Reward chests along the trail.
  • Midterms at the gates along longer trails, and a final at the finish.
